RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:

Any unwanted product must be returned within 30 days from when your Bad Boy order is delivered if the order was placed online.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

Not all purchases may meet your expectations, and you may wish to return or exchange them. Provided that the item(s) remain in their original state, they are eligible for return within a 30-day period. However, there might be certain exceptions to this policy, as outlined below:

  1. If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', (destocking, special offers ...) these item is non-returnable
  2. Supplements can only be returned if they remain unopened, with the seal intact, and are in a pristine, resalable condition within their original packaging.
  3. Men’s / Women’s underwear can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.

  4. Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.

  5. All Bottles, Mouth Guards, Protective Cups and Compression are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons

  6. Customized items are not eligible for return.

In order to qualify for a refund on eligible returns, all items must be sent back to us in an unused/unworn condition, just as you received them, and in their original packaging. If an item is returned in a damaged, worn, or inappropriate condition, we will be unable to provide a refund. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return.

 

REFUNDS

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

GOOD TO KNOW...
    1. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
    2. For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
    3. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer!

      You will receive your refund in the same form in which you paid. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for the credit to appear on their customers’ records.

      Please allow two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the product was defective. Customer will be responsible for any brokerage fees or duties which may be incurred on international returns. These fees would be deducted from your credit.

      Online Shopping

      BAD BOY MMA, LLC, a California limited liability company, offers the opportunity to purchase products online through this Web site. All purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use and any additional requirements shown on the product or checkout page or in the FAQ. Customers must be over age 18 with a valid credit card. Web site visitors under age 18 cannot make purchases. When a customer places an order, we collect information associated with the transaction in accordance with BAD BOY MMA, LLC’s Privacy Policy.

      Prices: Prices of products and delivery and other charges displayed on this Web site are current at the time of issue, but may be changed at any time without notice and are subject to availability. Stated prices do not include shipping and taxes. You are solely responsible for any sales, local, or similar taxes and duties or other liabilities imposed by any International or United States governmental agency, including without limitation, any customs duty, goods and services taxes imposed on any products ordered by you from this Website. All prices are stated in United States dollars.  Our currency conversion calculator is an estimation of the conversation rate only.  You should not rely upon this for your actual final cost. 

      Charges: If you purchase by credit card, we may authorize the amount of your purchase with your credit card issuer at the time you place your order.

      Availability: We cannot guarantee availability of product, even if our Web site shows that a particular product is available. We may not have all products or product lines available online and we may discontinue products or change prices at any time.

      Products Purchased Elsewhere: We cannot guarantee that products shipped from retailers other than BAD BOY MMA, LLC will not be damaged during shipment. If you received damaged goods from another store or Internet retailer, please report any damage directly to that company. Please do not report these damages to BAD BOY MMA, LLC.

      Promotions and Pricing: Promotional pricing may be restricted to defined groups of people for specific periods of time while supplies last-- any promotion may be discontinued at any time and without notice. Please see the terms and conditions for each promotion that may be applicable to your purchase.

      Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include, but are not limited to, orders placed by, or under, the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. If your credit card has already been charged for an order at the time it is rejected, declined or canceled, we will issue a credit to the credit card account which was charged.

      Shipping/Risk of Loss: We will ship your order to the address you provide in compliance with these Terms of Use. You are solely responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete shipping information. All items purchased from BADBOY.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event your order is lost during shipping, we will assist you in pursuing a claim with the shipper, but will not be liable for any orders which are lost during shipping or misdelivered.

      International Orders: International shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.  As a reminder do not rely on our currency conversion calculator for final cost. Please be aware that when orders are shipped internationally they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Also note that international packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which the order has been shipped. Unfortunately, BAD BOY MMA, LLC has no control over these charges and they are the customer's responsibility.

      DELIVERY

      Packages will shipped within 48 hours of placing an order on weekdays.

      If you place an order before 10.00 CET Monday-Friday your order will be shipped the same day. All orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

      CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

      After placing an order you will receive shipping information, this includes a tracking number for you to track the status of your delivery. You can expect your goods to be shipped within 48 hours of placing an order on business days.

      WHAT IS A SPLIT SHIPMENT?

      We will always try to get your order to you in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. However, on occasions, there is a possibility that your order may come in more than one shipment due to stock availability and your items having to be picked from different places.
      This means that your items won't necessarily be shipped at the same time and you may receive an email advising that 'Some items in your order are on the way'. If this happens please don't worry, the remainder of the items in your order will arrive shortly afterwards.
      This is completely normal and there is no need to contact our support team on this occasion. However, if you experience significant delays we will, of course, be there to help.

      AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?

      If for some reason, we would unable to ship one of the ordered items, this will be stated in your shipping confirmation and you will be be refunded for non-shipped item(s).

      PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED?
